Day Ten.

Well, today was a day where my dad and I finally did something Christmas-related.
Well, in addition to the other day when we bought a tree, but you know. This is better.
Today we decorated Terrence!

The before picture.

With lights!

Hello Kitty, the first ornament.

On the tree!

My dad with his...masterpiece. He made it when he was like 5.

Halfway done. We had to find the other boxes of ornaments.

Finished! Side view!

Finished! Front view...with the vacuum cleaner.

Later we went out for sushi, I put together a massive 3D puzzle and then while my dad was at his Tai-Chi class I wrapped a bunch of presents.
And now I'm watching The Beautician and The Beast. Oh what a night.

Day Eight.

Today we got a Christmas tree! Finally, I might add.
After driving past 3 or 4 signs (and going to one place to find that it was a bust) we finally got one plus a wreath to go on the front door.
We haven't decorated it yet, but we'll probably do that tomorrow after we get back from the city.

This place was a bust. Nobody was home.

But the lands surrounding were pretty.

Somewhere down there is Sebastopol.

Davis Tree Farm!

Nearly what we wanted...but a little too bare.

Aww baby twee.

Meet Terrence.

Forest of white tags.

Dad, going to get the dude with the chainsaw.

Wreaths!

I liked this one...but there was no price tag so it wasn't for sale.

Classic.

Nothing to do with trees, but this is my bedroom.
My curtain is red, by the way.

So there you have it! We now have a Christmas tree, Terrence.
Now back to watching Sydney White and looking for my straightener.
MATCHES IN-STORE TOMORROW!
