Day Fourteen.

Well. Today was fun.
My dad, aunt, uncle and I went into Monterey and saw the film Milk, and it was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend it.
For dinner, we went to Liz Murray's house. She's a dear friend of the family and her house is so fucking cool. I took lots of pictures!

My dad, before we left.

The walkway to Liz's house.

Liz's cat, Chi-Chi.

The chandelier reflected in the mirror above the fireplace.

Liz's dog...sadly I can't remember his name.

I started getting artsy.

There were TONS of mirrors in her house.

I like that I got both my dad and my uncle in this picture.

Doesn't her tree look like it's encased in something?

I just liked all the reflections.

It's a gnome!

I don't know. Bein' artsy.

I'm fascinated with lights lately.

Doorway from the dining room to the kitchen.

On the opposite side.

Leading into the living room.
The 4th side didn't come out as well as I wanted.

A room upstairs that looks like the sort of child's room everyone wanted but never had.

A really fucking cool camera in Liz's studio.

"The love statue."

I certainly hope so.

My dad, in considerably better spirits.

It was a fun night.
My aunt drank too much, my uncle had way too much fun petting the cat, Liz made a delicious dinner and dessert, and I made my dad burst into laughter with a really stupid Greensleeves joke.
Oh, my family.

Yay, cool stuff! For some reason whenever I see a gnome or read the word, I laugh and think about my Italian professor. I think it was her favourite word to say. Like, nyomo. Only gnomo. Or gnoma. I'mma stop now.
